As a life-long PNW resident who has lived in the Skagit Valley for almost 30 years, I love showing off my little part of the world! Whether you're looking to buy or sell, I am happy to help throughout Skagit, Whatcom, and northern Snohomish Counties.

Every residential real estate transaction involves people going through a transition of one sort or another, and I enjoy patiently educating and supporting my clients through every step of the journey. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), I especially like to help those who are downsizing and finding their new place to settle, and I work well with the families who are helping their loved ones with this difficult step. I also enjoy guiding first-time home-buyers through the often-confusing process of purchasing their home.

Community involvement is important to me, and I am a certified Master Gardener volunteer with the WSU Skagit Valley Extension Master Gardener program. I also serve on the Burlington Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, and I'm a member of the Leadership Skagit Class of 2024. I look forward to helping your with your next real estate adventure!
